When a bet is with the unsettled status we suggest that you wait for a little since settlement can take some time even up to 48 hours. BetInAsia BLACK is connected to many different bookmakers and exchanges who are having different settlement times, thus affecting the settlement time in general.
In any other situation regarding bets please provide us with the Bet ID and more information regarding the problematic bet on support@betinasia.com.
