How can I disable a bookmaker from my Bet-slip offers?

If you want to disable bookmakers on your BetInAsia BLACK account, you can click on your user name on the right upper corner and then click on Settings as shown below.

Here you can navigate to Bookies and choose which ones do you want to see offers from as shown in the screenshot below.
